Kristina Swift is an independent property consultant based in the peaceful mountain valley of Sandinha, near Góis in central Portugal. With a deep understanding of people, nature and the charm of rural European living, Kristina brings heart, honesty and practical care to every client relationship.
Before relocating to Portugal, Kristina spent several years in the Charente region of France, where she served as a property guardian for a historic estate and acted as a key holder for private homes and boutique hotels. She also managed properties and country estates in the United Kingdom for titled clients, including lords and ladies, gaining valuable experience in high standard property care, confidentiality and discretion. Her responsibilities included overseeing security, maintenance, guest preparation and coordination with tradespeople and owners, experience that refined her organisation and attention to detail.
Today, she works with trusted partners to help clients find their perfect property match, whether they are buying, selling or preparing a home for market. Her local knowledge and commitment to ethical service make the process clear, smooth and stress free.
